Everyone has heard an inner voice and positive or negative self-talk. You could talk yourself to remind you, watch out for cars when crossing the street, or it can remind you to be careful when something new. Or your inner voice might say that you are a winner and that you have a good day.
It is an important thing about your inner voice, remember: You control the on / off switch. Nobody else can control.
Now here is where it gets interesting. If you are inthe controls of your self-talk, you want in positive thoughts or negative thoughts? Has your inner voice has always said to yourself: "I can not do that," or "I'll never …"? capable of good These are negative messages your inner voice gives you. Since you control over your self-talk to create, why not positive news?
Positive self-talk is an important key to your success. Replace the negative messages with "I want to learn" and "I can not." Or: "I amgetting better and better at this.” Remember, everyone talks to themselves.
