Leadership and Project Management

The issue of leadership is a lengthy topic of academic research published works and articles. The discussion of the guidance can be found in the Greek and Roman texts, as well as work in the new millennium. In the project management field, however, has provided leadership to a sleeping giant that is just beginning to emerge as a topic of research and publication.

The successful leader recognizes as its style guide for the entire duration of the project will change.
